Welcome to the Prayer Ministry at Love of Jesus Indian Church ! We believe in the transformative power of prayer and are committed to fostering a community where individuals can come together to seek God’s guidance, comfort, and strength through prayer. Whether you are a seasoned prayer warrior or just beginning your prayer journey, you are welcome here.

Our Mission

Our mission at LOJ is to encourage and equip individuals to engage deeply in prayer, both personally and collectively. We strive to create a supportive environment where people can grow spiritually, experience the presence of God, and witness the power of prayer in action.

“In everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your request be known to God.” Philippians 4:6. Our Women’s Fellowship is a Prayer/Bible Study group, dedicated to glorifying God by bringing us into a more intimate relationship with Jesus as Lord and Savior through the use of the gifts of the Holy Spirit, Prayer and praise, meditation, study of the Scriptures and fellowship. Every third Saturday of the month, we have Prayer meeting The purpose is to help each person enter into a closer relationship with God through opening our hearts and minds to God. We study the Word of God in depth and discuss a given topic. We share our testimonies and prayer requests. Every first Tuesday and Wednesday of each month, we have conference call Prayer in which we pray for our prayer burdens and we have received innumerable answers to our prayers. We take turns to teach the Sunday Class children and we help to organize It is our desire to grow more like our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ by the power of the Holy Spirit. With God’s Word as our foundation we gather together for support, prayer, fellowship, encouragement, and to faithfully serve one another in the mighty name of Jesus.

Programs and Activities

Our Prayer Ministry offers a variety of programs and activities designed to support your spiritual journey and connect you with others in our community:

1. Prayer Meetings
   • Weekly Prayer Gatherings: Join us every Wednesday at 8 PM for a time of corporate prayer, where we lift up the needs of our church, community, and world.
   • Early Morning Prayer: Start your day with focused prayer everyday at 5:00 AM as we seek God’s guidance and blessing.
2. Prayer Chains and Requests
   • Prayer Chain: Become a part of our prayer chain to intercede for urgent requests and needs shared by our community members.
   • Submit a Prayer Request: If you need prayer, please submit your request online, and our dedicated team will pray for you.
3. Prayer Workshops and Training
   • Workshops: Attend workshops designed to deepen your understanding and practice of prayer, including topics like intercessory prayer, spiritual warfare, and contemplative prayer.
   • Prayer Training: Equip yourself with skills and techniques to pray effectively and with confidence.
4. Intercessory Prayer Teams
   • Join an Intercessory Team: Be part of a team that meets regularly to pray for specific needs within the church and beyond, including healing, salvation, and guidance.
   • Prayer Warriors Group: Engage in dedicated prayer for global missions and international needs.
5. Prayer Retreats and Special Events
   • Prayer Retreats: Experience spiritual renewal and deep connection with God through retreats focused on prayer and meditation.
   • 24-Hour Prayer Vigil: Participate in our annual prayer vigil, dedicated to non-stop prayer for our church and community.
